The Closed Circuit Tire is obtainable from the Tier 5 Safe (costing 100k per safe) with a 30% chance of dropping.
Closed Circuit, being the newest tire from the Tier 5 safe, being of ultra rare rarity with only a 30% chance of dropping, making it slightly easier to get than the items at epic (like Cassette or Super Attack). It can easily be exchanged for other 150K items such as FalconS or a low value limited item like R2008, Yarg Cap or Reaper.
